The hotel was in an excellent location and was good value for money (we got a cheap rate). The lobby was a bit grotty as was the area in which they served breakfast (recommend skipping the breakfast). Staff were friendly, although not the speediest when it came to service or being able to carry out requests (possibly due to language barrier). (Shanghai Villas Hotel)

The hotel is acceptable at the rates offered, room are clean and staff are friendly and they can speak English, the only problem now is that the road is very dusty but  this has to be accepted by guest due to the massive construction around the area for the Bejing Olympic.Thanks once again for your help.(Yayuncun Hotel)
