I stayed at this hotel 02/13/06- 02/17/06. I had a wonderful time. Please give my thank you to their staff. I hope to return to China in May. And if all works out for my return in may, I will definitely stay at the Grand Plaza Hotel of Zhanjiang. I would love to take all the above mentioned staff out to lunch or dinner. I am from Austria, and at the first time I couldn't imagine, that I would get such a nice room with this cheap price for a double room. This is a very nice hotel with very big rooms and very big and beautiful bathrooms! They changed the towels everyday. The restaurant is very good there, and you can drink fresh made fruit-juices. Everybody was very friendly there, also if only few people were able to speak English. I stayed there for 20 days in summer, and it was great. Next time when I will be in Shenzhen, I will go to Elite Hotel again. (Shenzhen International Elite Hotel)

Thank you for your response on my feedback. We by no means hold chinahotels reliable for the mixup, but think that the issue was with the hotel in question. Your service was good and easy to use, and we will surely use it again if in need of accommodations in China.
