Initially, I thought it is unsafe to make hotel booking online. However, after this trip, I have changed my concept. It is easy and convenient to make online hotel booking in China. During this trip, I stay in Shanshui Trends Hotel in Shenzhen. My group has a total of 9 adults. So, I have booked 3 Triple Rooms which has 3 single beds in each room. When we arrive at the hotel, the staffs do not inform me that they are providing 2 rooms of 3 single beds and a room of 2 single beds plus a foldable bed. I find out until we go into our room. This is very irresponsible of them for not informing us when we are checking in. After talking to their manager, Miss Lee, she has changed our room to a room with 3 single beds. Apart from this, it is quite a nice hotel to stay in. It is quite near to Luohu train station, which takes about 10min walk. It also provide free shuttle bus serive to and from Luohu station from 9am to 11pm. (Shanshui Fashion Hotel (Luohu))

Rather close to the subway station. (300m) The bed was extremely firm. (Even for chinese standards). The "holiday park" next to the hotel wasn't open. Wireless LAN was free and speed ok! Staff spoke little English, we were able to communicate. Rooms are o.k., but not new or renovated. Small chin. breakfast for the first day included It's actually not a bad place to stay, because it's so close to the station. Small supermarket if you walk left on the main road turn left at the next street, on the right side of the street after 100m. There's not much to see close to the hotel. In the newer and only part of the city open to cars, which is a huge plus for those with heavy luggage. About 10 - 15 mins walking distance to the main square. Friendly staff, and beautiful rooms. Good value for money. (Nanmen Hotel Lijiang)

Location is superb, near to train station and Nanjing Lu (quite a distance from the Bund though). Room was very clean and liked the amenities, esp how the power socket is actualy at the desk, which is convenient for internet access. hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Location is good. Hotel was clean and had all the necessities. It was great that the room had a 11L hot and cold mineral water dispenser since we went there in winter. Minor areas for improvement - more sockets near the table there's only 1 socket near the table for the mineral water dispenser, not enough for laptop if I need to use the internet cable near the table. - softer beds, it's too hard for Asians. - having floor mat for bathroom would be better. - door locks can be improved. It was a bit hard to close without activating the door alarm. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would love to stay there if I'm going Shanghai again. (24K Hotel Shanghai (Fuzhou Road))

I have been attending the Canton Fair twice a year for the last 6 years and I have used several hotels in Guangdong. Finally I decided I will be using your hotel from now on because it is the best option in several ways. It has an excellent location because I can walk to the Fair Grounds (Lihua site). It is very well communicated both, to the urban area using the subway and buses, taxis are always available and to the rest of the country by using the railway, the service is good and the rates are reasonable.
