At first I was quite worried as I have not even heard about this web site.However, to my surprise, the service is quick, simple and without hassle. Anyway the 24K Hotel Shanghai that I booked through china hotels.net gave me a very wonderful experience.The Hotel is clean, very convenient for transport and foods. I stayed in this Hotel 2 nights in July 08. Very good and clean hotel, well situated, with a full street next door of varity of Restaurants.Front desk staff very polite and speak in English and cater tothe needs of tourist to satisfaction. Found out the City Inn (Windows of World) is beside the MRT station compare to City Inn (Happy Valley) with long walk and the staff were trying so hard to speak English. At least, we have clean bed sheet, bathroom and feel safe at night. The Gentalman at the desk was great in gathering my things and releasing them to my friends so they can bring them to the airport for me. The food buffet was great and the hostest that was on duty when I was there was a great help to this american. They were helpful in all ways possible, from speaking english to treating me wonderfuly.
