The hotel was very good. Its position is excellent and also the room that we got (view room). Some disatavatage of the hotel : Aircondition does not work through all the night and their is no possibilty to change momey in the hotel. Also the price include only a chiense breakfast and in order to get a toast we need to payrelatively high sum.

1. We were satisfied with your booking service. 2. The hotel location in Yangshuo is superb. The Staffservice was average. However, during our stay we encountered several problems. We were in a 4th floor room and it was very noisy in the evenings. In the afternoon and evenings there was no cold water although there was some hot water which made showering extremely dangerous. Water pressure was not good. The rooms were cleaned dailybut for several days we had to go and request towels when arriving home in the late afternoon as they had not been supplied in the rooms. We were never supplied with hand towels. Although the hotel didn't appear to be that busy we felt their services and facilities were stretched beyond their limits. We felt that the room was very overpriced and would not stay there again.
