The hotel is well positioned with a steady flow of taxis waiting at theh door. The facilities are good both for business and pleasure and I would stay again when returning. The only negative thing was that the air conditioning in the room was very poor other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

My family and I spent several days at the Hotel in June. We were really impressed with the service and especially enjoyed the many fine eating establishments on the hotel grounds. We all found the breakfast service to be excellent. I look forward to returning to Shanghai and staying once again at the hotel.
