Hotel rooms/services fairly rated, but staff can provide very little tourist information for international visitors (perhaps more for local chinese businessmen). The surrounding area is of very poor quality for at least 3 city blocks (although only a short walk/taxi to the bund.) Rooms possibly a little warn in places and due for some renovation. Air conditioning in room a little noisey. On the good side, bath towels super soft and clean.

I am satisfied with your service. It was fine. Referring to the hotel i selected, the room that I asked was the cheapest one & it was fine because I finally have to sleep only. But hotel services are not good enough comparing to same category ones i experienced in china. Basically some of the personnel is not prepared & not customer oriented in hotel bar no room charge, just cash. Other some small details suggest me that this hotel is not good enough for the category they pretend to be.
